Alkaline foods are important in balancing the body pH levels. Alkaline foods in our body reduces the chances of chronic diseases like diabetes, arthritis and different heart diseases.

Most Processed and junk foods we eat alters the body’s pH levels. This distort the immune system and can cause health disorders like obesity, heart disease, and cancer. The normal pH of the body originally alkaline giving more reason we need to maintain its alkalinity.
